This session explores the ways in which an organization and/or team can build a culture of safety. Attendees will learn about different components to consider when incorporating safety into their policies and procedures as well as concrete strategies for equipping themselves and their staff with tools to increase safety in their work. The session will also cover the strategies to de-escalate elevated and crisis interactions.
